Saturday, April, 17th 2010. 8am--3pm
We are limiting the number of vendors to around 75 to accommodate the cafeteria  and the adjacent hallways. Our main objective is to attract customers so all of our vendors make money. All proceeds benefit the Horlick Student Government.

· Fee: 25.00 per space available.                                                                                                       Booth Information: 10’x10’ estimate space. Other spaces may be available but of different dimension. Table and chairs NOT provided. This is the responsibility of each vendor. Tables will be available for an additional cost of 10.00,chairs for 5.00 and electricity for 10.00.                                                                                                        

· Concessions: No food, candy or drink may be brought into the event and sold. This is our (student congress) means of fund-raising. Concessions will be available throughout the day. Advertising: Advertising will take place through the Racine Journal Times, WRJN radio station, flyers, and parent newsletters through Racine Unified.                                         \

· Deadline: April 12.                                                                                                                   Checks Payable To: Wm. Horlick High School                                                           

· Set Up: Friday April 16th 2010 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM and vendor will be let in at 6:30 AM on Saturday. Doors open at 8:00. Take down Saturday, April 17th from 3:00PM—4:30PM.

· Your registration will be verified when payment is received.                                          

· Each individual vendor will be responsible for his or her own personal articles. It is HIGHLY recommended that you set up Friday night.

· Your display must be open for the duration of the event or you will not be invited back the following year.

· This is a smoke free environment.

· In the event that this show may be cancelled, all fees will be refunded in full.

· Booth fees are NOT refundable in the event of exhibitor’s cancellation.

· Exhibitors will not glue, nail, or hang items on existing walls.

· You must park your vehicles away from the school for easy access for your customers. Parking is not allowed in the parking lot since this is reserved for the public. Parking will only be allowed in the running track, streets and Pick N’ Save parking lot. If you are disabled/handicapped we will  have someone park your car away from the school.
